Rhinoluxe Table View Paint Shop opened its doors at 143 Blaauwberg Road, Table View, Cape Town in February 2023. Three years on, what started as one shop serving local builders and homeowners has grown into a national paint manufacturer with a second branch in Edenvale, Johannesburg and customers across South Africa.
Why we built Rhinoluxe
Rhinoluxe was founded by Gawie Hugo and Jacques Rossouw with one goal: to manufacture high-performance protective coatings for South African conditions — built locally, priced fairly, and backed by the people who actually use them on site. From day one we focused on the trade: the builders, painters, waterproofers and DIY homeowners who needed paint that survives Cape coastal salt air, Highveld UV, and the swing between summer heat and winter rain.
What you'll find in store
The Table View shop stocks the full Rhinoluxe range — waterproofing systems (Shield, Megaflex, Fiber Coat, Heat Reflect), interior and exterior paints, floor coatings, surface preparation products, primers, enamels, and specialist products like Rhino Court for sports surfaces and Quick Dry Road Marking. We also offer:
- Trade pricing for contractors, painters and waterproofers
- On-site colour matching — bring a sample, walk out with a tinted drum
- Technical advice on substrate prep, primer choice, coverage and curing
- Same-day collection for in-stock items, and local delivery in the northern suburbs
- National delivery on every order via rhinoluxe.co.za
