Refund policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging;

  • Include all tags and documentation;

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Please contact us at shop@rhinoluxe.co.za to initiate a return.

3. Return Address

Approved returns must be sent to: 5 Betschana Road, Sebenza, Edenvale, 1609, Gauteng, South Africa

We will issue a return shipping label once your request is approved. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Deductions from Refund

Refunds (where applicable) will be issued less the following deductions:

  • Original delivery/shipping fees;

  • Restocking fee for special or bulk orders (to be assessed case-by-case);

  • Custom colour or product surcharges (see below).

5. Non-Refundable & Custom Orders

The following items are strictly non-refundable unless defective or misdescribed:

  • Custom-mixed colours;

  • Custom-packaged or labelled goods;

  • Made-to-order or personalised products;

  • Sale or clearance items.

📌 Custom colour batches are made specifically to order and may not match digital representations. Please request colour codes or physical samples prior to purchase.

6. Product Colour Disclaimer

Due to device/screen variations, colour differences may occur. We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with perceived colour. We recommend ordering a sample size in a standard colour if you wish to test it on a specific surface or substrate.

7. Goods Availability

All sales are subject to product availability. If a purchased item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed within 21 business days.

📌 This refund does not apply to custom orders or custom colour products, which are manufactured to specification and therefore non-refundable even in cases of unavailability. In such cases, Rhinoluxe will offer reasonable alternatives or credit, at its discretion.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items to shop@rhinoluxe.co.za immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

9. Exchanges

For faster turnaround, we recommend purchasing the desired item separately after your return is approved.

10. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be issued within 21 business days to the original payment method.

To verify banking details, we require:

  • Proof of payment;

  • ID number (or Company Registration Number);

  • Proof of bank account ownership.

11. Risk and Ownership

Ownership and risk in the products pass to the customer upon delivery and acceptance by the customer or their authorised representative.
