How many square meters cover 15kg kit?
The Megaflex kit covers 6SQM to 10SQM on a single coat application depending on the porosity of the surface. Note, that depending on the application you might have to do two or three coats for best performance.

I want to seal off concrete chamber's for bulk water line there's excess water coming from underneath can this product be used to seal it off.
Megaflex can be used in concrete chambers. It performance well with positive and negative pressures.

After applied to a balcony floor, how slippery is it?
Megaflex is cementicoius so the finished texture would be the same as a raw concrete floor that is non-slip.
