Technical Overview

Megaflex is a cementitious, elastomeric waterproofing slurry reinforced with fibre. Mixed and applied to concrete, it bonds into the surface and cures to a tough, flexible barrier that resists positive and negative water pressure, which is why it suits water-retaining and below-ground structures. The fibre reinforcement adds crack resistance, and the coating can be tiled over in wet areas.

Prepare a clean, sound concrete surface and dampen it before applying. Mix the slurry to a workable consistency and apply the recommended number of coats, working it well into the surface. Allow proper curing before filling tanks or tiling over. For wet rooms, extend the coating up the walls at junctions.
