Can it be applied to a hot roof?
It's not recommended to apply paint when the roof is hot. In the summer, it is best to apply paint in the mornings or late afternoons, when the temperatures are cooler. In the winter, it is best to apply paint midday when it's warmer and there is no condensation or moisture on the roofs.

Heat Reflect is only available in bright white.

Yes, Heat Reflect can be painted on an Asbestos roof. It is important to do safe surface prperation on the Asbestos too.
