Rhinoluxe SealFlex is a flexible waterproofing coating for roofs, parapets and walls. It bonds strongly to the surface and cures to a water-resistant, elastic membrane that moves with the building instead of cracking. Made for South African roofs and exposed walls, it seals out rain while flexing through heat and cold. Available in Signal Grey and Basalt Grey.

Technical Overview

SealFlex is a flexible, elastomeric waterproofing coating that forms a seamless, elastic film over the surface. Its elasticity lets it accommodate the daily thermal movement of roofs and parapets, so the waterproof layer stays intact where a rigid coating would split. It bonds to sound, prepared masonry, concrete and metal, sealing the surface against water ingress.

Technical Guidance

Clean the surface of dust, moss and loose material, and prime porous or chalky substrates before coating. Apply in even coats, reinforcing joints, cracks and detailed areas as needed, and allow full cure between coats so the membrane builds to a continuous, flexible film.
