SEALFLEX FIBRE
SEALFLEX FIBRE
SealFlex Fibre: a fibre-reinforced flexible waterproofing coating for gaps, cracks, parapets and walls
Rhinoluxe SealFlex Fibre is a fibre-reinforced flexible waterproofing coating for gaps, cracks, parapets and walls. The embedded fibres bridge gaps and reinforce the membrane, while the flexible film stays water-resistant and moves with the structure. It is built for South African roofs and walls where cracks and joints need extra strength. Available in Signal Grey and Basalt Grey.
Key Benefits
- Gap bridging. Embedded fibres span cracks, gaps and joints.
- Water-resistant. Cures to a continuous waterproof membrane.
- Long-term strength. Fibre reinforcement adds durability over movement.
- Detail-friendly. Ideal for parapets, cracks and problem joints.
- Two colours. Available in Signal Grey and Basalt Grey.
Technical Overview
SealFlex Fibre is an elastomeric waterproofing coating carrying reinforcing fibres. As it cures, the fibres distribute stress and bridge gaps and cracks, forming a tougher membrane than an unreinforced coating. This makes it well suited to parapets, junctions and cracked areas where movement and detail work would otherwise open a rigid film. It bonds to sound, prepared masonry, concrete and metal.

Technical Guidance
Clean out cracks and gaps and remove loose material, then prime porous surfaces before coating. Work the fibre coating into cracks and joints, reinforce detail areas, and apply in even coats with full cure between them so the reinforced membrane builds to full strength.

Questions & Answers
Have a Question?
-
Is SealFlex Fibre a rubber roof paint?
Yes, it is a fibre-reinforced rubberised waterproofing coating — a stronger rubber roof paint for cracks and joints. It is not UV-stable on its own, so on sun-exposed roofs finish with a UV-stable topcoat, or use Shield or Fiber Coat.
