ZP4 Anti Rust Primer

Rhinoluxe ZP4 Anti Rust Primer is a high-performance, pure acrylic, water-based metal primer formulated for both industrial and domestic applications. It dries to a smooth, low-sheen finish with good resistance to new rust formation and neutralises existing surface rust when applied to properly prepared metal substrates.

ZP4 offers excellent adhesion and recoating properties and is suitable for new and weathered metal surfaces. Designed for both professional contractors and DIY use, it provides a stable protective coating system that arrests corrosion on contact.

Application Tips

• Stir Well – always stir until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved

• Do Not Dilute – ZP4 is ready for use; thinning reduces corrosion resistance

• Surface Prep – remove all loose rust and scale with a wire brush before applying

• Weather Conditions – do not apply if rain is expected within 4–6 hours

• Temperature – apply only when temperatures are between 10°C and 35°C

• Easy Cleanup – clean brushes, rollers, and spray equipment with clean water immediately after use
